Keep the data you need for cross-border access in an account with clear, easy-to-check details.
ACCOUNT CAPABILITIES
Start with what you need the connection for, then check how data is allocated. VPNFund explains routes, devices and billing separately: coverage helps you narrow down regions, while real-world performance depends on your local network. Data allowances are managed according to the billing option you choose. The sections below explain how each feature works. The client window is for illustration only and does not indicate an active connection.
ROUTE SELECTION
Cross-border access needs to be assessed during the hours you actually use it. If connections slow down at peak times, first distinguish between your local Wi-Fi, your ISP’s network path and the destination service’s response. Then compare routes in the same region. VPNFund offers IEPL dedicated, relay and direct routes, which you can assess one by one for your needs rather than judging by route name alone. Keep a reliable everyday route, and check loading, switching and reconnecting with the videos and websites you use most. Static illustrations and route types are not performance guarantees for any time of day.

Relay Direct
Check the user panel for available regions and route types. Names identify the connection path; they are not a measure of speed.
PRIVACY RULES
VPNFund follows a no-logs policy. Read the Privacy Policy for details on what it covers and how it works. You can open an account without an email address using a username and password. The service’s privacy practices and your responsibility for account credentials are separate matters: use your password, subscription link and account details only on trusted devices. If you need help, describe the client, selected region and error message; don’t share your full subscription link publicly. A no-logs policy does not control how destination websites handle your activity. Those services may process login, payment and usage information under their own policies.
ACCOUNT ACCESS

Information needed to open an account. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service separately explain data handling and service limitations.
Read the Privacy Policy →DEVICE ACCESS
VPNFund supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with unlimited devices. Set up the client separately on your computer and personal devices; there’s no need to choose a different allowance based on device count. Device limits and data allowances are separate: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Check your plan allowance and billing rules as you use the service. When switching devices, open the client section in the user panel and follow the guide for your platform to import your subscription. Secure any saved credentials on devices you no longer use. Subscription details are available in the panel after you log in, not on public pages.

When using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, the connection route is only one part of the process. First check the service’s requirements for account region, usage location and payment method, then choose a suitable exit region in the panel. For regular work, stick with a route you’ve already tested and avoid switching regions repeatedly during the same session. If you can’t log in, requests stall or you see a regional restriction, check your account status, service announcements and client connection separately. Not every error is caused by the route. A network access subscription does not include membership in any AI platform or replace its account review and usage rules.

Troubleshoot connection issues →STREAMING REGIONS
Streaming access depends on the platform, its content library and your account. Services such as Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube identify regions differently, so the same exit route may work differently across platforms. After choosing a route, check whether the content appears, then test playback; loading the platform homepage alone doesn’t confirm that the library you want is available. Video quality also depends on your plan, device, player and local network. VPNFund’s route coverage does not mean every route supports every platform. Check regional availability and playback yourself; licensing and platform decisions may change.
PLAYBACK CHECK
Netflix / Disney+ / YouTube
Region detection, library listings and playback permissions are separate checks. Verify each one; availability is not guaranteed across the board.

ROUTE LEDGER
Coverage across 100+ countries and 160+ routes gives you a range of regions to choose from; it does not guarantee access to every website. For an initial setup, try a region that suits your needs, such as Singapore, the United States, Hong Kong, Japan or Australia. The table below shows where to check popular regions. Sign in to see available cities, route types and options; a region name alone does not confirm streaming availability.
| Country / region | City | Route type | Streaming |
|---|---|---|---|
| Singapore | See user panel | See available options in the panel | Check by platform region |
| United States | See user panel | See available options in the panel | Check by platform region |

IEPL dedicated, relay and direct describe route types. Choose a destination region first, then compare loading, playback and reconnection in the same conditions. Don’t rank routes based only on distance or type. For content tied to a specific region, check the platform’s regional rules and make sure your account benefits and route exit suit the intended use.
View all routes →First, check whether the websites you use load fully, including login pages, attachments and interactive requests. Keep routes you’ve tested, and compare alternatives if problems arise. Loading a homepage isn’t the same as completing a work task, so test what you actually need to do.
Check the content region first, then verify playback permissions and quality settings. If only one title has an error, check licensing and account requirements. If several sites stall at once, check your local network and client. Troubleshooting one factor at a time makes it easier to find the cause.
Note your device platform, client message, selected region and when the issue occurred. Say whether you can’t connect, log in or play content to help narrow down the cause. For account support, submit a ticket through the panel. Don’t post subscription details in public discussions.
The status below is displayed by a page component and is provided as a guide for route selection only. Actual connections also depend on your local network, ISP routing and the destination service, so these indicators cannot predict performance in every situation.
TRAFFIC ACCOUNTING
Monthly plans suit regular users who are comfortable checking their allowance each month. Data resets on your activation date, not on a calendar-month schedule. Data packs last until used and never expire, making them a fit for occasional or variable needs. Choose a billing option first, then compare allowances, so you don’t compare prices without accounting for different reset rules.
Monthly plan
¥9.9/mo
For lighter use, such as browsing, research and everyday work. Check your own usage history to see if the allowance is enough.
Monthly plan
¥18/mo
For people who watch videos and use a range of online tools in addition to work. Consider your video quality settings and viewing habits before choosing.
Monthly plan
¥28/mo
For higher data needs and those who want more room to spare. This option costs less per unit of data, but choose based on your actual needs.
TRAFFIC RESERVE
¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB
If you mainly need cross-border access while traveling, on a project or during a particular period, check the data pack rules before choosing. Never expires describes the data pack’s validity; it does not mean unlimited data and does not apply to monthly plans. Choose from the available allowances to suit your needs. Check account status and usage history in the user panel.
When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. The new and old allowances and terms are not simply added together, so don’t estimate the result using full-month prices. Review the options and outcome shown in the panel first. Continue only if the new arrangement works for you.
If you don’t have usage history yet, consider your actual needs: browsing, video and large file transfers use different amounts of data. Suggested use cases are a guide to choosing, not a promise about how long a plan will last or how many tasks it will cover.
Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. A 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy applies. Payment methods are used to complete orders; refund terms are explained in the Terms of Service. For help, check your order in the panel and submit a ticket with its status and a clear description of the issue.
Don’t repeat an action without checking its status. After paying, check your account and order pages first. If something looks wrong, save the relevant message and contact support by ticket. The full terms explain refund eligibility and how to apply.
VPNFund lists monthly plans, data packs, device limits and refund terms under one set of account rules. When comparing subscriptions, check the same details for each service: reset dates, data validity, supported platforms and payment methods, rather than focusing on a headline price.
Open an account with a username and password; no email address required. Once you’re in, get familiar with the panel and follow the guide for your platform. Manage subscriptions, downloads and support tickets in the user panel; public pages explain the rules and how to use the service.
ACCOUNT READING
Installation, account security and route selection are different topics. To get started, follow a guide to set up your client and subscription. If you run into an issue, find the article that matches what you’re seeing. The guides below cover system permissions, security habits and ways to assess connection stability; a single connection test can’t tell you how things will perform over time.
Set up macOS from start to finish: get the client, grant system permissions, add your subscription and verify the connection. If you see a network extension or login item prompt, first understand how system permissions differ from the subscription connection, then handle each step accordingly.
Read the guide →Keep your account password and subscription link secure. This practical guide covers what to watch for on public Wi-Fi, how to describe an issue when asking for help, and which account details should never be shared publicly.
Read the security guide →Compare stability under the same tasks and at the same times of day. This guide explains how to assess connection success, dropouts and reconnections, compares IEPL dedicated, relay and direct routes, and shows you how to check performance for yourself.
