VPNFUND / GETTING STARTED

Client Setup and Subscription Import Guide

Start with your data account, then confirm your plan, import your subscription, and check your connection. Skip any steps you've already completed.

Create an account and save your credentials

First, open the account creation page in the VPNFund user panel. No email address is required; create your account with a username and password. Before entering your details, make sure the browser address is on vpnfund.com, then follow the on-page instructions. Choose a username that's easy to recognize and doesn't reveal sensitive personal information. Use a unique password and save it in a trusted password manager.

After submitting the form, follow the panel instructions to open your account page. If you're not signed in automatically, return to the login page and use the username and password you just set. If a username is unavailable or doesn't meet the format requirements, change that field rather than resubmitting the entire form. Keep your login details secure. Don't put your password in public notes, group chats, or screenshots shared for support.

Your account lets you manage plans, subscriptions, client downloads, and support tickets. Creating an account doesn't include usable data; you'll need to choose a plan and confirm its status in the panel. For now, complete the account setup only. Don't enter the same credentials on pages from unverified sources.

Choose a plan and review your order

After signing in, open the plans section in the user panel. First decide which data option suits your needs, then compare allowances. Monthly plans are suited to regular use: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on your signup date, not at the start of each calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the exact change before confirming.

Data packages are a good fit if you'd like to keep data available for later: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They don't expire and remain available until used. This rule applies to data packages, not monthly plans. If you're unsure how much data you'll need, read Plan Pricing and Data Allowances before choosing; don't judge suitability by price alone.

After choosing a plan, check the plan name, amount, and billing method on the order confirmation page. Then follow the instructions to pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. When payment is complete, return to the panel and check the order and plan status. If the payment page shows completion but the panel hasn't updated, check the order history before trying again to avoid duplicate payment. Keep the necessary order details for support, but don't share full screenshots that reveal account information.

All plans support unlimited devices and come with a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. See the Terms of Service for refund details. Once you confirm that your plan is active, move on to getting your subscription. An order marked as created doesn't confirm that the plan is active.

Choose this plan

Get your subscription from the account overview

Open the account overview in the user panel. Check your current plan, available data, and account status, then find the subscription or import section. A subscription link lets a client retrieve and update route configurations. It's not the main website address or an installer. Pasting the marketing homepage URL into a client's subscription field won't load a route list.

If the panel offers an import option for your installed client, use that first. After clicking it, your browser may ask whether to open the app. Check the app name before confirming. If the system can't find the app, get the client from the panel, install it, and try again from the account overview. If import doesn't respond, don't install software from unverified search results.

To import manually, use the copy option in the panel to get your subscription link, then paste the entire link into the client's subscription URL field. Don't edit its parameters or add text before or after it. If the client asks for a name, you can use “VPNFund” as a local label. The label isn't the subscription URL.

After importing, you should see a route list or a message confirming the subscription update. If the list is empty, first check your plan status, then make sure the pasted link is complete and the import method works with your client. You don't need to create routes manually or guess server settings. For more troubleshooting, see Frequently Asked Questions.

Install and import by platform

VPNFund supports Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Linux. The steps below cover the usual process for each platform. Get the client and instructions for your system from the user panel; don't use installers from unverified sources outside this page. Except for iOS, you can sign in to get the client from the panel without purchasing a plan first. Getting the client and obtaining an active subscription are separate steps.

Get the client

Windows: Import in the subscription settings

In the panel's client download section, select Windows and follow the instructions to get and install the VPNFund client for your computer. Open the app after installation and look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or a similar management section. If the panel offers a compatible import option, start the import from the account overview. To import manually, add a subscription, enter a name, and paste the complete link.

Save the subscription and update it. When the route names appear, select the configuration you want to use. Some clients require separate steps to import a configuration and enable the connection, so seeing a route list doesn't mean you're connected. For your first use, keep the client's default split-tunneling settings and avoid changing system proxy, routing, or DNS options. If another proxy app is running, disconnect it first to prevent settings from conflicting.

macOS: Check system permissions first

Select the macOS client in the panel, follow the current installation instructions, and open the app. If macOS asks you to approve a network extension, add a VPN configuration, or grant network permissions, verify the app name and source before proceeding as instructed by the client. System Settings menus vary by version. Don't change unrelated security settings just to dismiss a prompt.

Open the app's configuration or subscription section and import using the panel option, or add the subscription link you copied from the account overview. After the update completes, check the route list and turn on the connection. If the import succeeds but the connection won't start, check for pending system permission requests rather than repeatedly deleting the subscription. For a step-by-step installation walkthrough, see Mac VPN Setup from Scratch.

Android: Approve the system connection request

Get the client from the Android download section in the panel and follow your device's instructions to install it. If your device asks you to allow installation from this source, confirm that the request comes from the user panel and grant only the permission needed for this installation. Open the app and add the link in its subscription or configuration section. If you start the import from a browser and see an app selection prompt, choose the client you just installed that matches the panel instructions.

Save and update the subscription, select a route, and tap Connect. The first time Android establishes a VPN connection, a system confirmation prompt usually appears. Verify the app name, then allow the connection. Once connected, switch to the app you want to use and test it. If the connection often drops in the background, check whether your system restricts background activity for this client. Change only settings related to the app and verify the connection again; there's no need to change system settings all at once.

iOS: Get and import the client as instructed in the panel

Open the client download section in the user panel and check the iOS instructions. iOS clients are obtained through the App Store; use the link shown in the panel. Accounts with an active purchased plan can access the relevant download link. If the panel requires an active plan, check your plan status first. Don't apply installation steps for other platforms to iOS.

After installation, return to the account overview, choose the import option for your client, and confirm that it opens in the right app. To import manually, add a subscription in the client's subscription or configuration section, paste the link, and update it. The first time you connect, allow the VPN configuration to be added and follow the system prompts. If you have questions about your App Store account region, platform permissions, or configuration profile prompts, see iOS Clients and Configuration Profiles. Don't install profiles from unverified sources as a workaround.

Linux users should also start in the panel's download section and follow the current client instructions to import a subscription. On any platform, use this checklist: the subscription has updated, routes are listed, and the connection is enabled. You don't need a separate account for each device.

Connect to a route and verify it works

After importing your subscription, select a route in the client and turn on the connection. For your first setup, focus on verifying the connection: choose a route currently listed in the panel, then adjust based on what works. Region names such as Singapore, the United States, Hong Kong, Japan, and Australia indicate the apparent exit location. They don't guarantee access to any platform's content or features, and the region name alone doesn't indicate connection quality.

Check that the client shows you're connected, then open the website or app you want to use. See whether the page loads, you can sign in, and the features you need are available. The client's connection indicator reflects the local connection status, but the destination service may respond differently based on account region, content licensing, or its own policies. Check streaming region and account requirements separately. For more, read The Complete Guide to Streaming Access; platform policies aren't covered here.

If none of your destinations are accessible, return to the client and make sure the connection is on and the correct configuration is selected. Then check your plan and data status. Update the subscription and try another route, changing only one setting at a time so you can tell what made a difference. If only one website has a problem while others work, check that site's account or region notices before reinstalling the client.

For regular use, remember that monthly plans reset each month on your signup date, while data packages remain available until used and never expire. Unlimited devices are supported, but you'll need to import the subscription and configure the connection on each one. The no-logs policy is a service privacy rule; it doesn't replace your responsibility to protect your password, subscription link, and device permissions. When switching devices, get the client and subscription from the user panel, and don't store configuration files publicly.
