Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPNFund handles personal data across its website and subscription services. It applies to account use, order processing, website visits, and support requests. Account details, billing data, and network activity are distinct categories and are handled under the rules below.
Account Details and How They Are Used
No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. This service processes usernames, password credentials used to verify identity, account status, and subscription entitlements to support login, access checks, and account management. Providing an email address is not a condition of registration.
To process orders, verify payments, and handle refunds, we retain the selected plan, order amount, payment status, and transaction references. Text and attachments submitted voluntarily through support requests are used to answer questions, investigate issues, or handle privacy requests. Please provide only what is needed to resolve your issue. Do not submit passwords, payment keys, or complete subscription links.
No-Logs Policy and Traffic Measurement
VPNFund follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit through its network acceleration service, or retain browsing content, destinations, or histories that could reconstruct browsing activity. Website analytics are not used to record content accessed by users over international routes.
This service does not retain user connection logs or create historical records linking connection start and end times, source addresses, and destinations. Temporary session data used for forwarding and authentication is released when a session ends and is not kept as a connection history.
To calculate remaining traffic and apply plan rules, this service processes each account's cumulative traffic usage and reset status. This measurement is used to deduct allowances and display balances; it does not include a list of websites visited. Account billing records are not browsing or connection logs.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, basic device environments, and button usage so we can improve content and investigate page issues. Analytics are limited to this site and related actions; they do not extend to other websites users visit through the subscription service.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain essential session state and save login tokens and language preferences. A login token grants account access, so please protect the browser environment you use. Logging out or clearing site data removes the corresponding local state. You may need to log in again afterward, and this will not automatically delete server-side orders or account details.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or network, whose pages and transaction processing are subject to their own privacy policies. This service receives the payment result, transaction identifier, and amount status needed to verify an order. You do not need to provide your payment account password in a support request.
This service does not sell account details. When processing payments, maintaining technology, or responding to lawful requests, data is shared only to the extent needed for the relevant purpose, with access limited accordingly. Requests to retain or delete third-party payment records should be directed to the relevant processor. Deleting an account on this site does not remove third-party transaction records.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained for as long as needed to provide account and subscription services. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained for as long as needed to complete verification and meet applicable legal obligations. Support requests and website analytics are deleted or de-identified when their purpose has been fulfilled; not all data is subject to the same retention period.
To access, correct, or delete your data, log in and submit a request through support requests in your account. This service will verify account ownership and explain what can be handled. Data related to open orders, refund disputes, or legal retention obligations can be addressed once the relevant matter is resolved. Deleting your account may make subscription benefits unavailable, so please check for any outstanding matters first.
Policy Updates and Scope
If data handling practices change, this page will be updated along with the updated month shown at the top. Important changes to processing purposes, data scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the account. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be handled as required.
This policy covers privacy matters. For plan billing and refund rules, see the Terms of Service. If you have questions about a specific data use or deletion request, contact us through an in-account support request. You do not need to disclose account details on a public page.
